how to use expansion device

1. Open the lid and press expansion safety lock and hold at

its release position (1) ,as illustrated in Fig.1 and 2.

Please note: Do not lift the lid when the lid is closed.

The lid will lean downward if it is lifted at closed position.

2. Press the expansion release button upward (2) and lift

the lid up. After the lid is lifted slightly, release the exten-

sion button and keep lifting until a “click” sound is heard

as illustrated in Fig. 2 and 3.

Important! Do not release the expansion safety lock

during moving or holding the appliance.

3. Place the extender ring on the glass bowl and close the

lid, as illustrated in Fig. 4.
