8. Do not drop the appliance and do not jump on it. Protect the scales from

strokes, dust, chemical substances and sharp changes in temperature.

9. Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the device.

10. Repair of scales can be carried out only in the authorized UNIT service

centers.

11. If the device does not turn on, replace the batteries. If after installing new

batteries the appliance does not switch on, contact an authorized service

center.

12. If the error is on the display for long time, remove the batteries from the

scales for 3 seconds. Then put them back and start the measurement again.

13. In some cases, data from the memory cells of your scales may be lost. It is

not a warranty case as the data can be deleted from the memory of the

scales due to the inﬂuence of electromagnetic waves from various electrical

appliances.

14. The manufacturer is not responsible for non-compliance of the precautions,

which causes damage to the health of users of the scales or third parties.
