OPERATING THE APPLIANCE

MEASURENT OF BODY FAT, MUSCLE AND BONE MASS PERCENTAGE

1. Turn on the scales. The LCD-display will light and data from the memory will

be displayed. By pressing the «SET» button you can step-by-step set the

required parameters for obtain the result:

a) Press the button ( ) to select the memory location where you

want to store you parameters or which you are already using. Press «SET»

again for conﬁrmation of choosing parameter. The next parameter of in-

stallation will be displayed (Gender).

b) Press the button ( ) to select your gender. Press «SET» again

for conﬁrmation of choosing parameter. The next parameter of installation

will be displayed (Height).

c) Press the button ( ) to select your height. Press «SET» again for

conﬁrmation of choosing parameter. The next parameter of installation

will be displayed (Age).

d) Press the button ( ) to select your age. Press «SET» again for

conﬁrmation of choosing parameter. The settings have been completed!

You can press the «SET» button a few more times to change parameters you put

down incorrectly (the cycle described above will b repeated again).

2. Stand on the working surface of the scales. You feet should be bare and

dry. Make sure your feel are located on a metal surface (each one on two

squares), make sure your feet do not touch each other (in order to avoid

short circuit).

If you step on the surface of the scales and the LSD-display automatically turned

off, press the «SET» button and wait until current settings will appear on the

display.

3. As soon as you step on the scales, the display will show the weight indicator

(ﬁrst time it will be increasing until it ﬁxes on the exact value).

4. Within a few seconds, the scales will automatically determine the percent-

age of your body fat, hydration, muscle and bone mass and also daily cal-
