How to use

Meat grinding

• Prepare the meat for cutting by removing the bone, cartilage and

tendons.Cut

• meatintopieces(approximately2x10cm).

• Carefully set the tray for the products (6) on the upper part of the

working head (7). Under the grate through which the minced meat

comesout,placeasuitabledishorcontainer.

• Make sure the On/O󰀨/Reverse switch (ON/ O /R) (1) is in the

"0"position.

• Connectthemeatgrindertothemains.Turnthemeatgrinderonwith

the"ON/O/R"switch(1)bysettingitto"ON".

• Placethemeatinthefoodtray(6).Onlyusethepusher(5)includedin

thedeliverytopushthemeat.Neverpushthemeatwithyourhands.

• Foodobstructionmayappearduringmeatgrinding.Usethereverse

modetoremove

• theobstruction.

• Todothis,turno󰀨themeatgrinderbysettingthe"ON/O/R"switch(1)

to"O", wait for theelectric motor to stopcompletely,thenpress the

"Reverse"button on theswitch (1), and after 5-6 seconds, return to

normaloperation.

• Assoonasyouarenished,turno󰀨theappliancebyturningthe"ON/

O/R"switch(1)to"O",disconnectitfromthemains,andonlythenstart

disassembling
