• Thenturntheworkheadcounterclockwiseuntilitlocksinplace(Fig.2).

• Insertthescrew(8)intotheremovablehead(7)andturnituntilthescrewis

fullysecuredintheworkinghead(Fig.3).

• Wearonthescrew(8)acrossedblade(9)cuttingedgeinthedirectionof

thegrates(10,11)(Fig.4).

• Putononeofthegrates(10,11),theninstallthesausageattachment(13)

(Fig.11).

• Fixthexingring(12)byturningitclockwise(Fig.6).

• Placetheremovabletray(6)onthetopoftheworkhead(7)ifnecessary.

• Putthenishedstu󰀩ngonthetrayfortheproducts(6).

• Useanaturalcasingforcookingsausages,afterplacingitinavesselwith

warmwaterfor10minutes.

• Pullthesoftenedsheathovertheattachment(13)andtieaknotattheend

ofthesheath.

• Makesurethe«ON/O󰀨/Reverse»switch(ON/O/R)(1)isinthe"0"position.

• Plugthemainsplugintoanelectricaloutlet.

• Turnthemeatgrinderonwiththe"ON/O/R"switch(1)bysettingitto"ON".

• Useapusher(5)tofeedthenishedmincedmeat.

• Asthecasingislled,moveitfromtheattachment(13),andasthecasing

dries,moistenitwithwater.

• Once you have nished working, turn o󰀨 the meat grinder by turning the

"ON/O/R" switch (1) to "O"position. Disconnect the appliance from the

mains,andonlythenproceedtothedisassemblyofthemeatgrinder.
