The accus should then be fully recharged. To increase the life of the accus, this charging

and discharging process should be repeated approximately twice a year.

USE

Never use the appliance with a defective guide comb or cutting head. This could cause

cuts.

Only use the trimmer as intended. Only cut natural hair. The hair has to be clean and dry

when you cut it! If necessary, you can dampen the hair slightly. Only cut small amounts.

Cut hair in progressively closer settings until you reach the desired length. The cutting

head will become slow or blocked if you try to work too quickly or try to

cut too much hair at once. Let the appliance run freely for a short time before beginning.

Guide comb

The guide comb enables you to cut hair evenly with the length set for 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 or

17mm.

To set the correct head angle, push the sliding lock switch in the direction of "Unlock"

and push the guide comb up or down.

Push the sliding lock switch in the direction of "Lock" to lock the guide comb into place.

Remove the guide comb if you want to cut hair to a length of 1 mm.

Trimming and cutting you beard

Push the switch downwards to the "cut" position (CUT).

Replace the guide comb, shorten your beard by using progressively closer settings until

it is the desired length.

To thin out your beard, push the switch upwards to the THINNING setting and cut against

the grain of your beard.

Shaping your beard and shaving the back of your neck

Remove the guide comb from your trimmer and push the switch downwards to the "cut"

position (CUT). You can use the trimming head for precise beard outlining even in hard

to reach places, as well as for cleanly shaving hair along your neck.

Cutting or thinning out your beard

Push the switch downwards to the "cut" position (CUT).

The guide comb is suitable for short hair. Cut your hair in progressively closer settings

to the desired length.

To thin out your hair, push the switch upwards to the THINNING position and cut against

the grain of your hair.

CLEANING AND CARE

Prevent the trimmer from becoming damp.

After use, remove the hair clippings from the cutting head with the brush provided.

If the cutting head is used regularly, it should be oiled occasionally.
