The dosing pumps dose the washing water
with the detergents shampoo/foam (a), hot
wax (b) (option) and drying aid (c) in ac-
cordance with the wash programme and
the equipment of the plant.
Note
The dosage amount is optimally set by the
fitter when the plant is assembled. General-
ly no reset is necessary.
몇 Warning
Dosing pump can be damaged. Activate ro-
tary knob (a) only when the pump is run-
ning.
Î Unlock rotary knob (a) by pulling.
Î Turn rotary knob (a) to desired dosage
amount. At the same time (b) press sev-
eral times.
Î Rotary knob (a) secure by pressing in.
Î Turn bleeder screw (c) ca. 2 rotations
anti-clockwise.
Î Press button (b) so often until there are
no more air bubbles in the suction hose
and the detergents and drying aid flows
back via run-off hose into the container.
Î Screw close the bleeder screw (c)
again.
In the event of danger for persons, property
and animals, the plant must be switched off
immediately by pressing the emergency-
stop button. It is found
– at the wash card/code reader
– at the operating place for manual oper-
ator station
– at the entrance to the wash hall, íf an
operating point or wash card/code read-
er is located there.
몇 Warning!
Risk of damage to vehicle which is to be
cleaned. If the wash plant develops a fault
once the detergent has been applied, it
must be switched off and the detergent re-
moved by spraying the vehicle thoroughly
with water to prevent the paintwork being
damaged through an extended period of
exposure to the detergent.
Note
In the case of self-operating plants, a spe-
cialist familiar with the plant must be con-
tactable who can carry out measures, or
have them done, in order to avoid possible
dangers.
