tegenreactie de machine uit controle raakt
en tegen de draairichting van het accessoire-
deel in om het klempunt heen schiet.
Indien bijvoorbeeld een steunschijf blijft ste-
ken of vastgeklemd raakt in het werkstuk,
kan de schijf zich in zijn volle omtrek bij het
klempunt in het werkstukoppervlak ingra-
ven, waardoor deze naar buiten gewerkt of
geslagen wordt. De schijf kan, afhankelijk
van de draairichting bij het klempunt, naar
de gebruiker toe of van hem weg springen.
Schuurschijven kunnen daarbij ook breken.
Een terugslag is het resultaat van een ver-
keerd gebruik van de machine en/of een ver-
keerde werkwijze of bediening, en kan wor-
den voorkomen door de volgende voorzorgs-
maatregelen te nemen.
–
Houd de machine steeds vast en
plaats uw lichaam en arm zo, dat u de
krachten van een terugslag kunt con-
troleren. Gebruik, indien meegele-
verd, altijd de extra handgreep zodat
u terugslagen of reactiemomenten bij
de aanloop zo goed mogelijk onder
controle kunt houden.
Wanneer de juis-
te voorzorgsmaatregelen worden geno-
men, kan de gebruiker reactiemomenten
of terugslagkrachten controleren.
–
Kom met uw hand nooit in de nabij-
heid van draaiend inzetgereedschap.
Inzetgereedschap kan via uw hand terug-
slaan.
–
Kom met uw lichaam nooit in het ge-
bied waarin de machine zich bij een
terugslag zal bewegen.
Een terugslag
zorgt ervoor dat de machine tegen de
draairichting van de schijf in om het klem-
punt heen schiet.
–
Wees met name voorzichtig bij het
werken in hoeken, bij scherpe randen,
etc. Voorkom dat het gereedschap te-
rugspringt of vast komt te zitten.
Bij
het werken in hoeken en aan scherpe ran-
den of wanneer draaiend gereedschap te-
rugspringt, kan het vast komen te zitten,
waardoor de controle over het gereed-
schap verloren wordt en een terugslag ont-
staat.
–
Monteer geen kettingzaag of getande
zaagbladen voor het zagen van hout.
Dergelijke bladen zorgen er vaak voor dat
het gereedschap terugslaat en niet meer
onder controle kan worden gehouden.
Speciale veiligheidsinstructies voor het
polijsten
–
Zorg ervoor dat er geen losse delen
van de polijstvacht of de bevestigings-
draden hiervan vrij kunnen draaien.
Verwijder losse bevestigingsdraden of
kort ze in.
Losse en draaiende bevesti-
gingsdraden kunnen aan uw vingers vast
komen te zitten of aan het werkstuk blijven
hangen.

Vermijd het indringen van vloeibaar
polijstmateriaal (polish) in het toe-
stel.
Het indringen van vloeibaar polijstma-
teriaal (polish) in het elektrisch
gereedschap verhoogt het risico op een
elektrische schok.
5.3 Emissiewaarden
De volgens EN 60745 bepaalde waarden be-
dragen gewoonlijk:

De aangegeven emissiewaarden (trilling, ge-
luid) zijn gemeten volgens de testvoorwaar-
den in EN 60745 en dienen voor de machine-
vergelijking. Aan de hand van deze waarden
kan ook een voorlopige inschatting van de
trillings- en geluidsbelasting tijdens het ge-
bruik worden gemaakt.
De aangegeven emissiewaarden gelden voor
de belangrijkste toepassingen van het elek-
trische gereedschap. Wordt het elektrisch
gereedschap echter voor andere toepassin-
gen of met ander inzetgereedschap gebruikt,
of is het onvoldoende onderhouden, dan kan
hierdoor de trillings- en geluidsbelasting ge-
