Putting into operation

For best use do the following:

SETTING UP THE WIRELESS THERMOMETER:

● For the first installation, always turn on the home unit and then

the remote sensor. Set Channel 1 for the first remote sensor.

Set channel 2 and channel 3 for the 2

and 3

sensor.

● Press and hold CHANNEL button on main unit until a beep is

sound to search for remote sensor.

● Press the Tx button on the back of remote sensor to transmit

RF signal.

● When RF connection is established, the respective temperature

& humidity of the selected channel will appear on the main unit.

The transmission range of the sensor is affected by distance and

the building materials used. Therefore try out various locations for

the sensor. The wireless sensor is designed so that it should resist

changes in weather. Nonetheless avoid placing the sensor in direct

sunlight, rain or snow.

Installation location of the sensor

● The cover of the external sensor is not waterproof. If the sensor

is located outdoors, it must be located in such a location that

rain or snow does not fall directly on to it.

● Never install the sensor on metal bases and objects or do not

place it inside metal covers.

● If possible locate the sensor on the north side of the house so

that temperature measurement is not distorted by the effect of

sunlight.
