Installation de la tige d’accouplement des
vitesses (Fig.28)
Monter la tige d’accouplement (V), les ressorts
(W), les rondelles (X) et les goupilles (Y) sur la
plaque d’accouplement (Z) sous le tableau de
bord et sur le bras de changement de vitesse
(AA) sur le côté du carter de transmission.
5. RÈGLES D'UTILISATION
ATTENTION : Utiliser l'engin uniquement
pour déblayer la neige. Toute autre
utilisation doit être considérée comme
impropre et comporte l’annulation de la
garantie et le déclin de toute
responsabilité du constructeur, en
faisant porter à l’utilisateur les frais
dérivant des dommages ou lésions
propres ou à des tiers.
UTILISATIONS PREVUES
La fraise à neige est une machine automotrice
mono-axe, équipée d'un groupe rotatif (fraise)
pour déblayer la neige.
L'engin est commandé par un opérateur au sol
qui suit son mouvement et la pilote à l'aide d'un
guidon (mancherons), sur lequel sont installées
la majeure partie des commandes.
ATTENTION : saisir toujours la machine
avec les deux mains quand le moteur
fonctionne. Serrer fortement entre les
pouces et les autres doigts les poignées
de la machine.
UTILISATIONS INTERDITES
- Interdiction dans tous les cas de travail
nocturne.
- Ne pas broyer ou écraser de matériel de
construction, plastique, métaux ou déchets
en général.
- Ne pas utiliser la machine pour abattre les
piliers, murs, bâtiments et/ou arbres.
- Ne pas relier à la machine de câbles ou de
vérins de levage.
- Ne jamais travailler avec la machine sans
systèmes de sécurité.
- N'utiliser l'engin ni pour pousser ni comme
moyen de remorquage pour accessoires
(type remorque). En accord avec les
directives en vigueur, interdiction
d'appliquer les outils et/ou accessoires
pour le transport de l'opérateur ou autres
personnes ! Ne jamais transporter sur la
machine de personnes et/ou objets.
- Ne jamais coupler à l'engin d'accessoires non
prévus par le constructeur.
- Utiliser la machine seulement dans des
endroits suffisamment ventilés. Ne pas
l'utiliser dans une ambiance explosive ou
inflammable ou fermée. Soyez vigilant face
au risque d'empoisonnement au monoxyde
de carbone.
- Ne pas utiliser la machine sur des sols
instables, glissants, glacés, caillouteux ou
défoncés, flaques ou ornières qui interdisent
d'évaluer la consistance du sol. Ne jamais
utiliser la machine sur des surfaces qui
présentent des dénivelés comme les
carrelages ou les escaliers.
- La machine est destinée à être utilisée par un
seul opérateur.
- Ne pas utiliser la machine avec une seule
main. L’utilisation avec une seule main peut
provoquer de graves lésions à l'opérateur, aux
assistants ou aux deux. La machine est
conçue pour être utilisée avec les deux
mains.
- Ne faire contrôler l'engin par personne
lorsque vous êtes à la conduite et lorsque
le moteur tourne.
- Ne pas utiliser la machine sur les toits.
Instructions d'utilisation
- Régler la hauteur du collecteur fraise pour
balayer les surfaces de graviers ou rocheuses.
- Prêter une attention maximum quand on
travaille sur ou lorsque l'on traverse du
gravier, des chemins ou des routes. Attention
aux dangers cachés ou à la circulation.
- Si la machine commence à vibrer de façon
anormale, éteindre le moteur et contrôler
immédiatement la cause. La vibration est en
général un avertissement qui signale des
inconvénients.
- Ne jamais utiliser la machine à côté de
surfaces vitrées, automobiles, fenêtres,
ouvertures etc., sans un réglage correct de
l'angle d'éjection de la neige. Eloigner les
enfants et les animaux.
- Ne pas surcharger la capacité de la machine,
en cherchant à balayer la neige à un rythme
trop élevé.
- Ne pas utiliser la machine à haute vitesse sur
des surfaces glissantes. Faire attention
pendant la marche arrière.
- Arrêter la fraise et la turbine quand la
machine est déplacée ou ne fonctionne pas.
- Ne jamais utiliser la machine sans visibilité
ou lumière adéquates et suffisantes.
