5. Warnings for energy.

• The commercial showcase shall be placed in room dry and ventilated. The

commercial showcase can not be put under direct sunlight or next to heat source

(such as radiator, stove, etc.), and a suitable insulation board shall be applied if

necessary.

• Try to shorten opening time of commercial showcase’s door.

• Put beverages into commercial showcase after it has cooled down.

6. Proper use of commercial showcase.

The maximum loading of single steel wire basket: 12 kg.

statement by the distributor)

• The low temperature of show case may keep food fresh for a long time and it is

mainly used to store frozen foods and making ice.

• The show case is suitable for storage of meat, fish, shrimp, pastries class and other

foods not to be consumed in short term.

• Chunks of meat are preferably to be divided into small pieces for easy access.

• Please be noted food shall be consumed within the shelf time.
