4. Packing List

PC1010H Paging Hub X 1 unit, User’s Manual X 1 copy, Warranty X 1 copy, Certificate X 1 copy,

568A-568A network wire X 1 pc., Type D 8-core data cable with connector X 10 pcs., power cord

X 1 pc., M5*18 round head screws, black washers, and 24V stranded cable with connectors at both

ends X 1.

5. After-sales Service

1. From the date when the product is purchased, DSPPA will provide one-year guarantee

(including replacement of parts at no charge), provided that the product is installed and used

under provisions as specified in the User's Manual.

2. For repair, the user should represent the Warranty, copy saved by customer and sales invoice.

3. The guarantee is invalid in case that:

(1) the product is damaged due to incorrect installation, use or handling,

(2) the product is damaged due to abnormal conditions (e.g. high mains voltage or high

humidity),

(3) the product is damaged due to natural and man-made calamities,

(4) the number on product body is modified, altered or removed, or

(5) the product has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized person.

4. Please keep the User’s Manual and Warranty well.

6. In case of failure during guarantee period, please consult our service personnel (or contact the

distributor) for handling. DSPPA will take no responsibility for any damage resulting from

removal by customer himself or maintenance by an unauthorized person.
