Programme “Slow Cook“

• The programme “Slow Cook“ is working without steam pressure. This means that the pressure

outlet valve of the lid must be open. Pay attention that the button for the pressure release valve is pushed.

• Fill the cooking pot with food. Pay attention to the minimum resp. maximum ﬁlling quantity.

• Select the “Slow Cook“ programme with the rotary switch.

• The symbol for the selected programme lights up blue in the operation display.

Each selection of a programme with the rotary switch is conﬁrmed with a

signal tone.

NOTE: If another button is not pushed within 60 seconds after turning the

rotary switch or pushing a button, the appliance switches off again.

• The display shows the status

“Kochen mit Deckel – ohne Dampfdruck”

“cooking with lid – without steam pressure“.

This means that the steam outlet valve must be open.

• Place the lid at an angle on the base unit. The display alternately shows the

information “AUF“(open) resp. “ZU“(closed) and a signal tone sounds.

• Turn the lid until the lid is ﬂush with the casing of the base unit. A signal tone

sounds and the information “AUF“(open) resp. “ZU“(closed) in the display

turns off.

• If necessary, change the setting for the runtime:

a.) For changing the runtime, push the button “Laufzeit“ for choosing between

3 different runtimes.

b.) For an individual adjustment, push the button “+“ for increasing resp. “-“

for reducing the time.

Note: By pushing the button “+“ or “-“ continuously, the runtime can be

changed in 2-hour increments.

• If necessary, change the setting for the temperature:

a.) For changing the temperature, push the button “Temp °C“ for choosing

between 3 different temperatures.

b.) For an individual adjustment, push the button “+“ for increasing resp. “-“

for reducing the temperature.

• When all parameters are set, push the button “Start/Pause/Stop“ for starting.

Several signal tones sound.
