• Cleaning of the valve for lid locking

• Take off the small transparent seal and remove the valve pin from the casing (tip: keep your ﬁnger on

the right side of the lid on the opening for the valve so that the valve pin does not fall out). Clean the

valve pin and the gasket in hot water with some mild detergents. Then thoroughly dry the parts.

• For reassembly, push the valve pin into the intended recess in the lid and hold it with a ﬁnger, insert

the gasket from the other side. Pay attention to the correct ﬁt of the gasket!

• Clean the gasket ring and the lid in hot water with some mild detergent and then thoroughly dry them.

• Clean all other accessory parts also in hot water with some mild detergent.

• Use a conventional household cleaning brush with soft bristles for cleaning coarse soiling.

• Subsequently reassemble the valves according to the instructions in this manual.

• Before reassembly and before being used again, all accessory parts must be completely dry.

• Do not use any abrasives or solvents!

• Never use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance!

IMPORTANT: Always disconnect the unit from the power supply, release any steam pressure and allow

the appliance to cool down before searching for the cause of an error or rectifying it!

Error Cause and Elimination

Appliance without

function

LEDs do not light up

• Check whether the power cord is connected properly to the appliance and

to the power socket.

• Check with another appliance, whether the power socket has a function.

• Check whether the appliance has been assembled correctly.

The prepared dishes are

only half-done

• The ﬁlling quantity is too high, please reduce the ﬁlling quantity.

• The ratio between volume of ingredients and water is not correct, please

adjust if necessary.

• The cooking pot does not rest correctly on the heating plate, check cooking

pot whether the bottom has been deformed, if necessary replace the pot.

• There is not enough steam pressure, check gasket ring for any damages.

• The cooking time is too short, if necessary increase cooking time.
