Î Wear safety gloves and safety goggles.
Î Remove the can from the dosing sta-
tion.
Danger
Risk of injury on account of chemical reac-
tion. The dosing stations should not get in-
terchanged and be filled up with the wrong
chemicals.
Î Fill up 2 l drinking water from WPC 100
FW in the completely empty tank.
Î Measure the quantities of the respective
chemicals given in the dosing table and
fill up the can.
Î Fill up the can up to the mark "10 l" with
drinking water from WPC 100 FW.
Î Close the can with the lid.
Î Mix the water and the chemical thor-
oughly by shaking the can.
Î Remove the lid and insert it in the holder
bracket of the dosing station.
Î Slide the suction unit into the can and
place the can back into the dosing sta-
tion.
Î Deaerate the dosing pump according to
the instructions in the chapter "Mainte-
nance and Care".
Interruptions in operations are displayed by
the indicator lamps in the switching cabinet.
Note
If there is an interruption, the plant gets
switched off automatically and the drinking
water production is interrupted. If the prob-
lem cannot be rectified, switch off the plant
and inform Kärcher Customer Service.
Î Rectify the faults according to the de-
tails provided in the following table.
Î Turn the main switch for approx. 10
secs to "0" to reset the interference dis-
play.

Interruption glows red Dosing station is empty. Fill up the dosing station.
There is no signal for filling level sensor of a dosing station. Inform Customer Service.
Pressure of raw water is too low. Check raw water supply: installation in the
building, admission pressure pump (option-
al), raw water pipes.
Motor protection switch of the high pressure pump has got
released.
Inform Customer Service.
Interruption display is blink-
ing red
Guide value of drinking water is too high. Inform Customer Service.
Operational readiness indi-
cator is glowing orange
Drinking water tank is full. Plant gets switched on automatically if the
drinking water stock falls.
Float switch in drinking water tank is defective. Check float switch; inform customer service
if required.
Plant starts. Indicator lamp for 'Appliance ready' goes
off and indicator lamp for 'Operations'
glows.
