Metal rack

The metal rack can be used for the grill and hot air functions.

Universal tray (fat drip tray / baking tray)

You can use the universal tray for baking or as a fat drip tray, then slide it into the bottom

shelf. Do not place it on the floor of the cooking chamber.

Perforated tray

You can use the perforated tray for the steam cooking functions. It is recommended to

place the universal tray underneath as a drip tray.

Water tank

The water tank must be inserted and filled with steam for all functions.
