Make sure that the frying plates (9) are
installed and fixed.
Attention! Do not switch the grill on without the
frying plates (9) installed.
–
Check and, if necessary, move the frying
plates lock (3) to the position «OPEN».
–
Take the handle (1) and open the grill.
–
Oil the non-stick coating of frying plates (9)
slightly and close the grill.
–
Make sure that the fat tray (11) is installed to
its place.
–
Set the timer switch on control knob (6) to the
«O» position.
–
Insert the power plug into the socket.
–
Set the timer switch on control knob (6) within
the range 10-60 minutes. The power indica-
tor «POWER» (8) and the ready indicator (7)
will light up.
– Use the temperature control knob (5) to
set the heating temperature of the frying
plates (9).
Note: Before the use set the frying plates heating
control knob (5) to the position «MAX». If neces-
sary, you can adjust the temperature according
to your preferences.

When the frying plates (9) heating level
reaches the set temperature, the ready indi-
cator «READY» (7) will light up, and you can
start cooking.
–
Take the handle (1) and open the grill.
–
Carefully put the products on the lower frying
plate (9). Avoid getting scalds by splashing
liquids or fat.
–
You can use the unit as a griddle plate. To do
this take the upper frying plate (9) by the han-
dle (1), move it down on the products.
Using the grill as a closed grill
To fix the upper frying plate height depending
on the thickness of the cooked product, you can
use 1 of 4 positions (pic. 2) set by the upper plate
height adjustment lever (3).
To set it, take the handle (1) and lift the upper lid
(2). Move the upper plate height adjustment lever
(3) from the position “LOW” (low) in the direc-
tion of the mark “HIGH” (high). And set it to the
desired position.
ATTENTION! During the operation the frying
plates and the grill body heat up strongly; do not
touch hot surfaces to avoid burns. Do not touch
the unit body with bare hands.
– After the products are ready, lift the upper fry-
ing plate (9) by the handle (1) until bumping.
– Put the prepared products into an appropri-
ate dish; use wooden or heat-resistant plastic
kitchen tools to remove the products.
– When using the grill for the second time move
the upper frying plate down on the lower one,
wait until the plates reach the preset tempera-
ture and the ready indicator (7) lights up, and
then you can continue cooking.
Using the grill as an open cooking unit
Cooking on the open grill is the most universal
way to use the unit. In the open position, the work
surface area is doubled, which allows to cook
different types of food separately without mix-
ing flavors. The open position is also suitable for
cooking meat pieces of different thickness which
allows to control the roast degree of each piece.
ATTENTION! Open the grill before plugging it in.
– Take the handle (1) and lift the upper frying
plate (9) to the full extent.
– Holding the upper frying plate (9) by the han-
dle (1), press the full grill opening lock (4) and
fully open the grill (pic. 3).
– Make sure that the fat tray (11) is installed to
its place.

Set the timer switch on control knob (6) to the
«O» position.
– Insert the power plug into the socket.
– Set the timer switch on control knob (6) within
the range of 10-60 minutes. The power indica-
tor «POWER» (8) and the frying plates heating
indicator (7) will light up.
– Set the required temperature with the control
knob (5), the indicator «READY» (7) will go out,
wait until the frying plates (9) heat up; when
the indicator «READY» (7) lights up, you can
start cooking.
– Cook the products on two frying plates (9).
– After you finish cooking, set the temperature
control knob (5) and the timer switch on con-
trol knob (6) to the position «O» and unplug
the unit.
– Before cleaning the unit wait until it cools down
completely.
ATTENTION!
•
Do not switch the grill on without the remov-
able frying plates (9) installed.
•
Always install the fat tray (11) during cooking.
•
While the frying plates (9) are heating up, do
not open the grill, the frying plates (9) heat up
quicker and more evenly in closed position.
•
Be careful: - the grill body heats up strongly
during the operation. To avoid burns do not
