Be careful and beware of hot steam emission
from gaps between the frying plates (9). Keep
your hands and other open parts of your body
away from the frying plates (9).
•
Do not use the grill for defrosting and cooking
frozen food.
•
Do not cook meat with large bones.
•
Frying time depends on the products used.
•
Before eating make sure that the food is
cooked through.
•
Take the products out of the grill right after
cooking; keeping products in the operating
grill for a long time can cause their burning.
•
Never use sharp metal objects to take the
cooked food out, as they can damage the non-
stick coating of the frying plates (9). Always
use plastic or wooden kitchen tools suitable
for non-stick coatings.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
– Clean the grill after every use.
– When you have finished using the grill, set the
temperature control (5) to the «MIN» position
and the timer switch (6) to the «O» position and
unplug the power cord from the socket.
– Open the frying plates (9) fully and let the grill
cool down to room temperature.
– Consequently remove the frying plates (9) as
described above (pic. 1).
– Remove the remaining food from the frying
plates (9), wash the frying plates (9) with warm
water and neutral detergent and then dry them
thoroughly.
Note: To remove sticking remaining food, make
liquid detergent solution with warm water. Put the
frying plates into the solution and leave them to
soak for some time. Then remove the dirt with
soft sponge and rinse under running water. After
that, dry the frying plates thoroughly.
– Clean the grill body with a soft, slightly damp
cloth and then wipe it dry.
– Pour out the fat from the fat tray (11), wash the
tray (11) with warm water and neutral deter-
gent and then dry it thoroughly.
– Install the frying plates (9) back to their place.
– Move the frying plates blocking lever (3) to the
position «LOCK» (closed).
– Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents or
metal washcloths to clean the frying plates
(9), the grill body, as they may damage the
non-stick surface or the outer surface of the
grill body.
– Do not immerse the press grill into water and
don’t wash it in the dishwasher.
– Never immerse the grill, power cord and cord
plug into water!
Attention! To avoid electric shock, do not
immerse the unit into water or any other liquids.
STORAGE
•
Clean the grill before taking it away for stor-
age.
•
Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of
children and disabled persons.
