UNOBSTRUCTED. PREVENT DEBRIS FROM
CLOGGING THE AIR INTAKE.
IMPORTANT: BLOWING FINE
MATERIAL ON SMOOTH SURFACES
FOR EXTENDED PERIODS CAN CAUSE
BUILDUP OF STATIC ELECTRICITY.
FREQUENT BREAKS HELP PREVENT STATIC
BUILDUP.
To get the best performance and
operate the blower safely, follow these
instructions:
Before using, inspect the blower
as described in “Maintenance and
Cleaning”.
Before using, determine where the
debris should be collected.
Take frequent breaks to prevent fatigue
and reduce buildup of static electricity
in dusty environments.
Start the blower at a slow speed, and
begin slowly and smoothly sweeping
the nozzle from side to side (Fig. ).
Move debris in one direction only,
toward the collection location, to avoid
blowing debris into areas already swept
(Fig. ).
Increase the blower speed to move
heavier materials or to clear the area
more quickly.
