- The circuit consists of relay iamp diode and switches and decides to live the ignition coil depending on the position of the transmission and side stand with the neutral and side stand switches work ing mutually the ignition coil lives only in two situations as follows 1 transmission neutral on side stand down off 144

ENGINE 3 2 Hold the gearshift forks by hand to draw out the gearshift fork shaft Remove the gearshift cam washer gearshift cam stopper plate 3 and spacer 4 ENGINE COMPONENTS INSPECTION AND SERVICE CYLINDER HEAD CAUTION Be sure to identify each removed part as to its location and lay the parts out in groups designated as No 1 No 2 Ex haust Inlet so that each will be restored to the original location during assembly NOTE When removing the rocker arm shaft remove the rocker arm shaft set screw T and plug screw a 6 mm bolt into the rocker arm shaft end and pull it out Removal of valves completes ordinary disassembling work If valve guides have to be removed for replacement after inspecting related parts carry out the steps shown in valve guide servicing When installing the rocker arm shaft apply SUZUKI MOL Y PASTE to its surface Tighten the setscrew and plug to the specified torque Tightening torque Set screw 8 10 Nm 0 8 1 0 kg m 6 0 7 0 Ib ft Plug 2 25 30 Nm 2 5 3 0 kg m 18 0 21 5 Ib ft
