Using the Download Manager

Creating new download tasks

Start up the Document Download Manager, and click [Add].

Click the “Download” tab.

Adjust any settings as necessary.

Item

A Select from which box you want to download the ﬁles.

B Register the name of the subfolder into which the ﬁles will be stored.

C Select whether to delete the ﬁle from the machine memory after down-

• Yes to all

Deletes all downloaded documents from the document lists.

• Yes (Read only)

Deletes downloaded documents from the document lists when they

have been read.

• No

Does not delete downloaded documents.
