Assembly

Step 1

1. Connect Left and Right Support Frames (#17,#18) to main Base Frame (#19)

using:

two M12*80 BHCS (#57) fourΦ13*Φ24*1.5 Washer (#49)

two M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)

2. Attach Rear Base Frame (#25) and Upright Frame (#1) to Main Base Frame

(#19) using:

two M12*80 BHCS (#57) fourΦ13*Φ24*1.5 Washer (#49)

two M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)

3. Attach Left and Right Slide Frames (#3,#4) to Left and Right Support Frames

(#17,#18) using:

four M12*75 BHCS (#56) fourΦ13*Φ24*1.5 Washer (#49)

fourΦ13*Φ38*2 Washer (#67) four M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)

4. Secure Top Cross Frame (#2) to Left and Right Slide Frames (#3,#4) and

Upright Frame (#1) using:

two M12*125 BHCS (#59) twoΦ13*Φ24*1.5 Washer (#49)

six M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61) two M12*204 Shaft Blot (#65)

six Φ13*Φ38*2 Washer (#67) four M10*25 BHCS (#53)

fourΦ11*Φ20*2 Washer (#48)

NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
