Overview

The UC-8410A computer comes with various communication interfaces, which make it an ideal communication

platform for industrial applications. The communication interfaces include eight RS-232/422/485 serial ports,

three 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, four digital input and four digital output channels, and a wireless

communication slot. In addition, the UC-8410A is provided with an mSATA slot for storage expansion, and 2

USB ports for additional memory (such as a USB flash drive). The computer is built using a Freescale Cortex-A7

dual-core 1GHz RISC CPU. This powerful computing engine supports several useful communication functions,

but will not generate too much heat. The computer's built-in 1 GB SD card and 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM give you

sufficient memory to run your application software and the mSATA slot provides you the flexibility to expand

the data storage.
