Place the bowl (1) in the freezer strictly
vertically, do not place the bowl in the
freezer horizontally.
The freezer temperature should
be -18°С or below, it is necessary for
cooling down the bowl (1).
•
After cooling down the bowl (1) take it
out of the freezer and put the neces-
sary ingredients into the bowl (see the
chapter “Recipes”).
•
Install the motor unit (5) with the
installed lid (3) and the spatula (2) on
the bowl (1) following the instruction.
ATTENTION! To avoid electric shock and
spillage of the ingredients, do not exceed
the recommended amount of ingredients
in the bowl (1). The maximal amount of
ingredients should not exceed 50% of the
bowl (1) capacity.

Insert the power plug (6) into the mains
socket.
•
Switch the ice cream maker on, setting
the switch (4) to the position «I».
ATTENTION! The continuous operation
time of the ice cream maker should not
exceed 40 minutes.
•
Switch the ice cream maker on right after
you put the ingredients into the bowl (1).
•
During the ice cream maker operation
you can add the required ingredients
through the opening (7) in the lid (3).
•
After 10-25 minutes (depending on the
ingredients you can adjust the opera-
tion time) the ice cream will thicken but
its consistency will remain cream-like.
•
After you finish making ice cream
switch the ice cream maker off, setting
the switch (4) to the “0” position.
•
Remove the plug (6) from the socket.
•
Remove the motor unit (5) from the
bowl (1) turning it counterclockwise.
•
To avoid damage of the inner coat-
ing of the bowl (1), remove the ready
ice cream with a plastic or wooden
spatula.
•
If necessary, put the ice cream into
a plastic container and place it in the
freezer. Do not use the ice cream maker
bowl for this.
•
Disassemble the ice cream maker (see
the chapter above) and wash the parts
which were in contact with the ingredi-
ents during the ice cream making.
TIPS
•
During making the ice cream follow the
hygiene rules.
•
Use only quality ingredients.
•
Homemade ice cream will be softer
than commercially made ice cream.
•
Ice cream consistency depends on
the ingredients used, their tempera-
ture before ice cream making and the
ambient temperature.
•
Fresh ice cream tastes best. It loses
its taste after several days of storage.
•
Store the ice cream at the temperature
of -18°С.
•
Do not refreeze the melted ice cream.
•
Some sorts of ice cream are soft and
they melt quickly. We recommend to
pre-freeze such ice cream placing it
into the freezer for 1-2 hours, espe-
cially if you are planning to serve the ice
cream with hot dishes.
•
Add different fillings (chocolate
crumbs, crushed nuts etc.) to the ice
cream 5 minutes after stirring is start-
ed or add the fillings to the ready ice
cream before freezing it. You can add
the required fillings through the open-
ing (7) in the lid (3).
