• After you finish frothing milk switch the steam
supply off by turning the handle (14) clock-
wise as far as it will go.
• Pour the frothed milk into the espresso cup.
• Clean the cappuccinator pipe (15) and the tip
(17) right after milk or cream frothing. To do
this, put the cappuccinator pipe with the tip into
a glass of water, switch the steam supply on by
setting the steam supply handle (14) counter-
clockwise and after that switch the steam sup-
ply off by setting the steam supply handle (14)
to the utmost right position as far as it will go.
• Wait until the coffee maker cools down and
detach the tip (17) of the cappuccinator pipe
(15), turning the tip (17) in different directions
and wash (rinse) the tip (17) under a water jet.
Note: The next time you make coffee, let the
coffee maker cool down for at least 5 minutes to
avoid the smell of burnt coffee.
Important:
• It is important that milk for making milk froth is
fresh and without additives, therefore so-called
long storage milk is not suitable for this purpose.
It is recommended to take usual whole milk with
fat content from 4% to 6%, cream fat content
should be not less than 10%.
HEATING WATER
You can use hot water from the coffee maker to
preliminary heat up the cups before making cof-
fee or to rinse the cups after use.
• Make sure that there is enough water in the
water tank (13) and the steam supply han-
dle (14) is set to the utmost right position and
slightly tightened.
• Place a suitable bowl on the tray grid (2).
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
1. Press the button (9) and wait until the indica-
tor stops flashing and lights constantly.
2. Slowly turn the steam supply control handle
(14) from the utmost right position to the left
at approximately 135 degrees. The pump will
start operating and water will start dispensing.
Place the cappuccinator pipe next to the cup
wall. Be careful to avoid burns!
3. After you finish this operation switch the water
supply off by turning the handle (14) clock-
wise as far as it will go.
WARMING THE DRINKS
You can warm up your drinks by putting the cap-
puccinator pipe (15) without the tip (17) into the
cup with the drink.
• Remove the tip (17) from the cappuccinator
pipe (15).
• Make sure that there is enough water in the
water tank (13) and the steam supply handle
(14) is set to the utmost right position.
• Place a suitable bowl on the tray grid (2).
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
1. Press the button (10) and wait until the indica-
tor stops flashing and lights constantly.
2. Turn the steam supply control handle (14)
from the utmost right position to the left,
steam will start going out from the cappucci-
nator pipe (15).
Note: First the cappuccinator pipe will release
some hot water; to obtain dry water steam it is
necessary to release the steam with water into an
appropriate container during several seconds.
Be careful to avoid burns!
3. Switch the steam supply off by turning the
handle (14) to the utmost right position as far
as it will go and place the cappuccinator pipe
next to the coffee cup wall.
4. Slowl turn the steam supply control handle
(14) from the utmost right position to the left,
steam will start going out from the cappuc-
cinator pipe (15) and warm up the drink. Set
the steam release intensity at your discretion.
5. After you finish heating the drink switch the
steam supply off by turning the steam supply
control handle (14) clockwise as far as it will go.
Note: If the steam supply intensity decreases
or the steam supply stops, perform the actions
described in the section “Heating water”. This
will lead to filling the boiler with hot water and the
steam supply will return to normal.
DESCALING
For effective operation of the coffee maker we
recommend to remove scale every month and
more often when you use “hard” water.
Regular descaling extends the coffee maker
operating life and decreases the hazard of dam-
aging the unit.
Untimely descaling, as well as non-observance
of these instructions and mishandling the coffee
maker are not covered by warranty.
• Make citric acid solution (the proportion of cit-
ric acid and water should be 3:100).
• Make sure that no buttons are pressed and
the steam supply handle (14) is set to the
utmost right position.
• Remove the filter holder (5) from the coffee
maker boiler by turning the filter holder handle
