8. TUNER

The receiver has an FM wire antenna hanging from the cabinet.

This wire should be totally unraveled and extended for best reception.

• Turn the unit «ON» by using the n «POWER» switch on the rear cabinet.

• Press «INPUT» button c on remote handset or e on subwoofer to select tuner function.

• Tune in the desired station using the «TUN+» t and «TUN-» s buttons on remote controller.

• Tune to a station desired to be memorized. Press the «MEM» r button on the remote controller.

• Press the «TUN+» t or «TUN-» s button to enter the station that memory location.

• Press «MEM» r button again to memorize.

• Repeat for next station to memorize.

• Press «CH» u, «TUN+» t and «TUN-» s buttons to select preset stations.

Note: There are 20 presets for FM band.

9. OPERATING INSTRUCTION

Power on and off

Connect the power plug to the power socket of subwoofer and press power button l at the rear side of subwoofer; in

a few seconds’ later indicator blinks. Press standby button a on Remote Control a or On/Standby i key at the front

panel on subwoofer to switch on the system.

Selection of input signal source

AS has 3 inputs: Additional stereo input (AUX) , 5.1 channel input (5.1 CH) an. Select required sound source with «Input»

key on the front panel f or with «Input» c button on Remote Control. Press the key on front panel or on Remote Control

several times to select required sound source.

Volume control

Master volume control. Press (+) button o or (-) button n of M.VOL on Remote Control or use keys Volume+ e Volume-

h on subwoofer front panel to adjust general volume of the system.

Central channel, rear and subwoofer volume control. Correct volume adjustment of rear, central and subwoofer channels

ensure sound effect of live music. Adjust the volume of necessary channel on remote control with j, k buttons for

subwoofer channel; f, g — for central channel and h, i — for rear channels.

Prologic Surround Sound

This function can be enabled by putting signal on stereo input. Press «Sound» button e on Remote Control or «Sound»

key g on subwoofer front panel to enable this function. Processed stereo signal will come to all five satellites and

subwoofer. Press corresponding button again to disable this function.

Preset

Press «preset» button d on Remote Control to return to original sound settings.

Muting operation

If required press b muting button on Remote Control. At this time there is no sound output from loudspeakers. If you

need recover normal sound, press b muting button again or M.Vol+/M.Vol- buttons on Remote control At this time this

unit restores sound.

Standby condition

If not using this unit for a period of time, you can press the standby a button on Remote Control a or «On/Standby»

i key on front panel and the STANDBY indicator on panel will blink. Press the STANDBY button on Remote Control or

«On/Standby» key on front panel once again to make this unit enter the normal operation status. But if you are not using

this unit for a long time, it is best to switch off the power supply of the whole unit, and cut down the power supply.
