You have acquired the Star Neon 2076, the newest radar/laser detector.
The Star 2065 – is complicated electronic device, possessing unique characteristics:
Detects signals of X/Ultra-X, K/Ultra-K, Ka-POP, and Ka extended Band;
Also detects modern Pro Laser I, II, and III, LTI 20-20, UltraLyte, Stalker LZ-1, and
Laser Atlanta L-1.
Safety Alert System Detection – alerts to the presence of potential road hazards,
emergency vehicles and busy railroad crossings, etc.;
Intellectual Radiointerference Reducing System – reduces false alarms;
Crashproof plastic housing – protects radar-detector from damage;
Superhigh frequency antenna with narrow beam – improves signal recept and reduces
interferences level;

- Attach the detector to the velco fastener 12
- Attach the pad to the dashboard at your chosen location and remove the other paper backing 12

- To place the detector on the dashboard find a location where the unit has a clear level view of the road clean the dashboard and the lower part of the detector with damp fabric 12
- Your detector is designed to operate on most 12v dc negative ground vehicle electrical system the power cord provided with the unit has a cigarette lighter socket plug at one end and a small connector on the other 12

- Your detector has a tutorial mode that demonstrates all of its alert indicators in tutorial mode you can check the status of all indicators each time you press dim button you can see each demonstration press city and dim button simultaneously and turn on to start tutorial mode press city button to finish any time 13
- Your detector has two operating modes city and highway in city mode the detector requires a stronger x k ka band signal before it sounds or displays an alert 13
- Automute mode voice msg of automute automute will automatically reduce the audio volume after 4 seconds as long as the signal is detected 20 seconds after mute the unit goes to its previous mode 14

- Each time you press mute button you can choose one of the following modes 14
