Prior to begin operation it is obligatory necessary to assure of:
accuracy of connection with the mains;
safety of fastening of the compressor wheels and supports;
integrity and serviceability of safety valve, controls;
absence of wire contact with the compressor heating surfaces.

Before using the product user should read and understand the unctions and control
elements of the compressor. Please read this operation manual carefully and keep
for future reference.
HYUNDAI compressors should be operated only by qualified and specially trained personnel
who read and understood the manual, compressor construction and service rules.
The compressor should be operated in well ventilated premises at the temperature from
+5 to +40 ºC.
At the ambient temperature over 30 ºC it is recommended that the compressor suction air
intake was performed not from the premises or it is necessary to take special measures for
decreasing the compressor ambient air temperature.
During operation the operators should always wear goggles for eye protection from foreign
particles raised by air jet.
Air taken into the compressor should not contain dust, any vapors, explosive and flammable
gases, spayed solvents or paints, toxic smokes of any kind.
Always shut down the compressor only with help of switch located on the pressure relay. In
order that after shutting down the compressor is not started with high pressure in the head
section, do not switch it o by just taking the plug out of the socket.
Transport the compressor pulling it only by the intended handle on the receiver.
Compressed air represents power flow and thus is potentially dangerous. Hoses with
compressed air should be in good condition and duly connected. Prior to set the flexible
hoses under pressure it is necessary to ensure that their ends are securely fastened.
Disposal of the used oils and condensates should be made with observation of the relevant
local regulations because these products contaminate the environment.

Do not use the compressor if tired, under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medicines.
Inattentiveness during operation of the air compressor may result in serious injuries.
Do not use the compressor if the switch is faulty.
Safety distance to the operating compressor is not less than 3 m. If splashes of paint sprayed
by the compressor fall on the protective case it means the compressor is too close to the
working place.
Do not use the compressor close to the explosive liquids, gases or other substances.
The equipment may be a source of sparks which may result in inflammation. Do not smoke
during spraying.
Do not start the operation until working place is cleared from foreign items.
Keep the compressor out of the reach of children.
HYUNDAI belt-driven compressors are developed only for technical needs. In hospitals,
in pharmaceutics and for cooking it is necessary to connect the device of preliminary
preparation of air to the compressor. It is impossible to use the compressor to filling
of aqualungs.
