Power cord plug of the air compressor should match the mains socket. Under no

circumstances make changes in the plug construction. This requirement reduces the risk

of electric shock.

Avoid contact with grounded surfaced, e.g. pipes, heating elements, etc. If grounded the

risk of electric shock through them is increased.

Protect the compressor from rain and dampness. Water entering the electric unit increases

the risk of electric shock.

Before the beginning of work make sure that the compressor or mains cable are not

damaged.

At the open area use only approved extending cable.

In case of carrying out of external works the socket should be equipped with a fuse or

circuit breaker.

When using extension its cable length should not exceed 5 m and its section should

correspond to the compressor cable section.

If you do not use compressor please take the plug from socket.

to operate the compressor with faulty or switched o protection;

to make any changes in electric or pneumatic circuits of the compressor or their

adjustment. In particular, to change maximum pressure of compressed air and safety valve

setting;

to perform mechanical treatment or welding of the receiver. In case of defects or corrosion

it is necessary to replace it completely because it is subjected to the special safety

regulations;

during operation of the compressor to touch hot parts (cylinder head and block, cooler,

delivery pipeline parts, cooling ﬁns of the electric motor);

to touch the compressor with wet hands or work in damp shoes;

to direct the compressed air jet to yourself or persons or animals which are on hand as well

as to the compressor;

to allow children or animals to come near the working area;

to perform painting works in the non-ventilated premises or close to the open ﬁre;

to keep kerosene, petrol or other ﬂammable liquids in place of the compressor installation;

to leave unattended compressor connected to the mains;

to perform repair works on the compressor connected to the mains and without releasing

pressure in the receiver;

to transport the compressor under pressure.
