IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FUNCTIONS

Humidification key.

  Pressingkey9sprayswaterintotheoven,

increasing the humidity level. The water

keeps on flowing as long as the key is

pressed. This is useful for foods that

requireaddedhumiditywhencooking.

Cavity vent valve.

  Turning valve 1 opens or closes the vent.

This function is useful for products that

release a lot of moisture when cooking. It

is recommended not to use this function

whencookingwithsteam.
