Connecng the potenal equalizer
The connecon for potenal equalizaon (12) is located on the back of the
grinder (see Fig. B). The electrical connecon and tesng of electronic func-
onality must be carried out by an electrician.
1. Loosen and remove the lock nut (see Fig. E).
2. Remove the lock ring and the at washer.
3. Connect the potenal equalizaon conductor (17) to the potenal equalizer.

Use a copper potenal equalizaon conductor with a minimum
cross-secon of 10 mm

Operaon
INFORMATION!
Risk of damage!
The operator has no inuence on the thermal overcurrent circuit-breaker.
If the thermal overcurrent circuit-breaker has been triggered several
mes, a service partner must be contacted for advice as the motor
winding can become damaged.
The grinder has a thermal overcurrent circuit-breaker which
interrupts the electric circuit of the grinder in case of electrical
overload. To put the grinder into operaon again, rst press
the o switch 0 (4) and disconnect the power plug (14). Then
press the release buon (15). You can now plug the power
plug back into the socket and put the grinder into operaon
(see chapter "Seng up the grinder").
The grinder also has a motor protector, which switches o
the grinder when the motor becomes too hot. As soon as the
motor has cooled down, the grinder can be put into operaon
again (see chapter: “Troubleshoong”).
