Note: If you select keeping of water temperature

that is lower than the room temperature, water

will eventually reach the room temperature and

can’t be kept at the lower level.

2nd method (with preliminary water boiling)

• Press the button (7) « ».

• When water reaches the required tempera-

ture, for instance, 36°C, press the button (5)

« ».

• After boiling the kettle will automatically enter

the preset temperature keeping mode, water

will cool down to the required temperature

that will be kept at the preset level during 30

minutes.

Note: If you fill the kettle with cold water, start

boiling and select keeping of the temperature

that is lower than the room temperature (room

air temperature), water will cool down only to the

room temperature and can’t fall below it.

Filter cleaning

Before removing the filter (1) disconnect the

unit from the mains, remove it from the base

(12), pour out water and let the unit cool down

completely

• Remove the filter (1), having opened the lid

and pulled the outstanding part of the filter.

• Clean the filter (1) of kettle regularly, you can

use a small brush for it.

• Install the filter (1) back to its place, check

whether the filter (1) is installed properly.

Descaling

• Scale, appearing inside the kettle, influenc-

es the water taste and disturbs the heat

exchange between water and heating ele-

ment.

• To remove scale, fill the kettle with a mixture

of one part ordinary vinegar and two parts

water till the max. mark.

• Boil water and leave the unit overnight. In

the morning pour out the liquid, fill the kettle

with water till the max. mark, boil and pour

out water.

• You can use special detergents for electric

kettles to remove scale.

• Clean the kettle from scale regularly.

Storage

• Before taking the kettle away for storage,

unplug it, pour out water and let the unit cool

down.

• To avoid condensation during long storage,

wipe the kettle dry.

• Keep the kettle away from children in a dry

cool place.
