BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Youwillndthebattery compartmentatthebottom ofthe

scales.Openthecompartmentandremovebatteryprotection

beforetherstuse.

Toreplacethebatteries,removethecompartmentlid(6)

andtaketheusedbatteriesout.

ReplacetheoldbatterieswithtwonewCR2032batteries.

Makesurethatthe+/-terminalsarethecorrectwayround.

Closethecompartmentlid.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Do not

immersethe scales inwater.Donotuse causticchemical

detergents.

All plastic components should be cleaned immediately if

soiledwithgrease,spices,vinegarorfoodwithanintensive

taste/colour.Acontactwithsourcitricfruitjuicesshouldbe

avoided.

Returncardboardpackagestorecyclingpoints.

Throwpolyethylene(PE)bagsintoappropriatecontainers.

Batteries contain substances harmful to the

with other household waste. Return used

batteriestorecyclingpoints.Beforedisposing

of or returning the appliance to a recycling

pointmakesuretoremovethebatteriesfrom

thebatterycompartment.

Return a worn out appliance to an appropriate collecting

pointasthecomponentsoftheappliancemayposeathreat

totheenvironment.

Do not dispose the appliance with the municipal waste!
