bigger vegetables (vegetable marrows, guinea
pumpkin) in thick circles.
900 g. fresh vegetables, 1/4 glass of olive
oil, juice from 2 lemons, 8 leaves of chopped
parsley, 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh origanum.
Salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a greased
bowl with water.
Preparation time –20 mins.
Baked goods
Fish thick pancakes
Fish (fillet) 500g., onion - 1, salt, pepper to
taste, spices to taste; for dough: kefir- 1/2
glass, soda - 1/2 teaspoon, egg - 1, flour, oil.
Chop fish and onion finely, add salt and pepper
to taste. Add oil to taste. Put into a cold place
for 15 mins. Prepare dough: fluff up 1 egg, add
kefir and soda. Add flour till sour-cream-like
thickness. Mix dough with fish.
Pour oil into the bowl and pour thick pancakes
with a spoon. Bake for 6 mins. from each side.
Preparation time –12 mins.
Cheese cake
3 eggs, 250g butter or margarine, 1 glass sugar,
1\2 tea spoon baking soda (+ vinegar), salt,
vanillin, twist of lemon peel, raisins, peanuts.
400g cottage cheese.
Mix all ingredients and place them into the bowl
greased with butter.
Preparation time –40 mins.
Apple baked pudding
White bread - 300 g., apple - 400 g., milk -1
glass, egg - 4, sugar - 100 g., 1 packet of vanilla
sugar, raisins, butter - 2 spoons, salt.
Peel crust off bread, cut bread in thin slices.
Fluff up eggs, add milk, 50 g. sugar, salt. Peel
apples, cut in segments, cover with sugar. Put
a layer of bread(soaked in milk and eggs) in a
greased bowl, then put a layer of apples and
raisins. When the bowl is full, pour in the rest of
the liquid. Put butter pieces on top.
Preparation time –20-30 mins.
