Consignes de raccordement des vannes

Effectuer les raccordements frigorifiques en respectant les
instructions suivantes :
Préparation des tuyauteries
Les liaisons frigorifiques seront réalisées uniquement avec
du cuivre de qualité frigorifique isolé.
Il est impératif de respecter les longueurs et une dénivelée
maximum préconisée (page 5).

Carry out the refrigerant connections by carefully following the
instructions :
Preparing the tubing
The refrigerant connections are manufactured exclusively
with insulated refrigerant quality copper.
The lengths and a recommended maximum change in level
must be respected (page 5).

Les extrémités du tube cuivre seront ébavurées en l’incli-
nant vers le bas. Vérifier qu’aucune saleté ne soit tombée
dans le tube.
Evaser les extrémités des tubes après avoir introduit les
écrous enlevés sur l’unité.
Un bon évasement doit avoir les caractéristiques suivantes :
– surface intérieure lisse et polie
– bords extérieurs uniformes et polis
– évasement conique ayant une longueur uniforme.
Isoler les deux tubes
Trim the extremities of the copper tubing while tilting it
downwards. Check that no impurities are introduced into
the tubing
Flare out the tubing extremities after positioning the nuts
removed from the unit
A correct flaring must have the following characteristics :
– polished and smooth internal surface
– polished and even external edge
– Even length of the conical flaring
Insulate both tubes
– Le rayon de cintrage R doit être 3,5 x ∅
– The bending radius R must be

Raccordement unité intérieure
Positionner les tuyauteries de façon, qu’elles soient en ligne
avec les raccords de l’évaporateur.
S’assurer du bon état des filets du raccord et visser celui-ci à
la main.
Serrer la connexion en utilisant 2 clefs (Fig.1)
Connecting the indoor unit
Lay out the pipes so that they are in line with the pipe unions
on the evaporator
Ensure that the union threads fit properly and screw them by
hand as far as they will go.
Tighten the connection by using two spanners (Fig.1)
