2. When the unit is switched off (time dis-
play mode) press the AL.ON/OFF (9)
button once, the symbol will appear
on the display; the alarm ON/OFF func-
tion will be activated.
3. In the preset time, the radio will switch on
automatically; the frequency of the last
station will be displayed.
4. The radio will switch off automatically in
an hour, but the alarm mode will not be
switched off. The alarm will automati-
cally be activated every day at the preset
time.
5. When the alarm is activated, you can
switch off the radio receiver, by pressing
the AL.ON/OFF (9) button (the ON/OFF
(12) switch is in the OFF position).
6. If you want to switch off alarm activation
function, press the AL.ON/OFF (9) but-
ton, the symbol will disappear from
the display.
Connecting the earphones
To listen to music via the earphones (not
supplied) connect them to the EAR (13)
jack. Use the VOL (5) control to adjust vol-
ume level. When the earphones are con-
nected the speaker will switch off automati-
cally.
Attention: Do not listen to very loud sound
via the earphones. Doctors do not recom-
mend long listening to music via the ear-
phones.
Note: Electromagnetic interferences can
influence operation of the unit. In this case
disconnect the unit from the power sourc-
es, and then connect again. If necessary
change the location of the unit.
Clean and care
Unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a soft
cloth to clean the unit. Do not use liquid or
aerosol substances for cleaning.
