• How to configure the static IP address for a Wi-Fi network?

If you enable the IP address function, you can manually set the IP

address and other network settings, instead of obtaining the

configurations of the Wi-Fi network via the DHCP.

Configure the static IP address by performing the following steps:

1. Select Settings > Wireless & networks, and select the Wi-Fi

check box.

2. Touch Wi-Fi settings. On the displayed screen, press the

Menu Key, and touch Advanced.

3. Select the Use static IP check box, and enter the required

parameters.

Perform either of the following steps to view the MAC address:

• Select Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings. Press

the Menu Key, and touch Advanced. On the displayed screen,

view the MAC address.
