• How to install an application downloaded on the PC
to the cell phone?
• Why can’t some files be played or viewed?
Verify that the file is compatible with the cell phone. The Android
system cannot support some formats. However, you can install
third-party software that support the file formats not supported
by the Android system.

Install applications on the microSD card if possible.
• Set a shorter duration for downloading emails and set to
automatically delete messages (SMS) that are older than a
particular period of time.
