DESIGN FACTORS
Roscas de entrada y salida de 1” GAS (BSP) hembra que forman parte de
la carcasa. Dispone de 8 posiciones distintas de entrada-salida.
The 1” GAS (BSP) Female Inlet and Outlet Threads take part of the
housing. It has 8 different positions of inlet-outlet.
El medidor se entrega con entrada y salida horizontal. No obstante, el
usuario puede cambiarlas de posición en muy poco tiempo, con tan solo
desenroscar los 6 tornillos que sujetan la tapa trasera del medidor, girar la
tapa hasta la posición deseada y volverlos a roscar.
The meter is delivered with horizontal inlet and outlet. Nevertheless, the
user can change their position in a short time. You have to unscrew the 6
screws that subject the back meter cover, turn the cover to the desired
position, and tighten again the screws.
Los medidores MG-80A y MG-80AV son para uso privado. El contador de
litros mecánico dispone de dos tipos de numeraciones:
The MG-80A and MG-80AV meters are for private use. The Volumetric
Mechanical Meter has two numeration types:
- Parcial con tres grandes números en el que pueden leerse hasta 999 litros
y puesta a cero después de cada transvase (mediante una rueda lateral)
- Partial with three big numbers where you can read up to 999 litres. It can
be reset through a lateral wheel after each transfer.
- Total de 6 cifras con capacidad de acumular 999.999 litros; después de
los cuales y con su funcionamiento, se pone automáticamente a cero
iniciando de nuevo el ciclo.
- 6-digit totalizer with capacity of 999,999 litres; after that and with its
operation, it automatically goes to zero, starting the program again.

This manual describes how to use the mechanical meter according to the
project hypothesis, the technical features, the types of installation, the use,
the maintenance and the training regarding to possible dangers.
El manual de instrucciones debe considerarse como una parte del
aparato y conservarse para futuras consultas durante toda la vida útil
de la máquina. Se aconseja conservarlo en un lugar seco y protegido.
The operation manual must be considered as a part of the mechanical
meter and keep it for future inquiries during all its working life. We
suggest keeping it in a dry and protected place.
El manual refleja la situación técnica en el momento de la venta del
medidor y no puede considerarse inadecuado por el hecho de ser
posteriormente actualizado según las nuevas experiencias. El fabricante se
reserva el derecho de actualizar la producción y los manuales sin estar
obligado a poner al día la producción y los manuales anteriores.
The manual reflects the technical situation when selling the meter and
cannot be considered inadequate for the reason of being updated
afterwards according to the new experiences. The manufacturer reserves
the right to update the production and the manuals without being forced to
update the old ones.

La seguridad de los medidores, en cuanto a calidad y fiabilidad de los
materiales, viene determinada por las reglamentaciones de la Directiva de
la CE y avalada por los controles de calidad de las empresas líderes en el
sector, garantizando además la ausencia de toxicidad y efectos ecológicos
negativos.
The meter security, regarding to the equipment quality and reliability, is
determined by the EC Directive Regulations and endorsed by the quality
controls of the enterprise leaders in the sector, and it also guarantees the
toxicity absence and the negative ecological effects.
