3.3. Este medidor ha sido diseñado para áreas peligrosas
de Clase I Zona 1 de acuerdo con la normativa EN 60079-
10-1 donde se procesan los líquidos inflamables como el
gasóleo, la gasolina, los combustibles de aviación y
otros incluidos en el grupo IIB con temperatura de auto-
ignición mayor a 135 ºC.
Se prohíbe totalmente usar estos medidores con las
sustancias asociadas a la Clase I Grupo IIC y la Clase II
(combustibles en polvo) así como en la Zona 0.
3.3. This meter has been designed for using it in hazardous
areas (Class I Zone 1) according to EN 60079-10-1
regulation where there are processed flammable liquids
like diesel, petrol, aviation fuels and others included in the
Group IIB with autoignition temperature higher than 135 ºC.
It is forbidden to use these meters associated to the
substances of Class I Group IIC and Class II (dust fuel) as
well as in Zone 0.
3.4. Asegurarse de la correcta instalación del circuito de trasiego,
comprobando la ausencia de fugas.
3.4. Make sure of the correct installation of the decanting circuit, checking
the leak absence.
3.5. Es aconsejable el montaje de una válvula antirretorno a la salida del
medidor. De esta forma, se evitan problemas en el equipo de bombeo y
medición ocasionados, por ejemplo, por una pisada accidental de la
manguera de impulsión.
3.5. It is advisable the assembly of a check valve in the meter outlet. So, it
is avoided some problems on the pumping and measuring equipment, for
instance because of an accidental tread on the delivery hose.
3.6. IMPORTANTE
En el medidor MG-80A y MG-80AV se ha logrado un
elevado grado de precisión debido a las mínimas
tolerancias existentes en su cámara de medición, que lo
convierten en uno de los medidores más exactos del
mercado.
Para evitar que la cámara de medición quede obstruida por
impurezas sólidas ES OBLIGATORIO INSTALAR el RÁCOR
ADAPTADOR ROJO CON FILTRO de 350 µm (micra) o el
KIT COMPLETO BRIDA PLÁSTICO UNIÓN CON FILTRO
de 350 µm (micra) en la entrada utilizada del medidor y para
conseguir un microfiltraje SE ACONSEJA INSTALAR EL
MICROFILTRO FG-100 en la aspiración de la bomba.
3.6. IMPORTANT
The MG-80A y MG-80AV meters have achieved a high
accuracy because of the minimum tolerances there are in
its measuring chamber. It is one of the most exact meters
in the market.
IT IS OBLIGATORY TO INSTALL THE RED ADAPTER WITH
FILTER of 350 µm (micron) or the PLASTIC FLANGE KIT
WITH FILTER of 350 µm (micron) in the inlet used by the
meter in order to avoid the measuring chamber is blocked
because of the solid impurities. IT IS ADVISABLE TO
INSTALL the FG-100 MICROFILTER in the pump suction if
you want to get a better microfiltration.
3.7 IMPORTANTE
La responsabilidad del uso seguro de este medidor es
del usuario, de acuerdo con lo establecido en las
presentes instrucciones de uso.
3.7. IMPORTANT
The user is the only responsible for the meter use
according to that described in the instruction manual.
4. INSTALACIÓN 4. INSTALLATION
Los medidores son muy fáciles de instalar. Pudiendo aprovechar cualquiera
de las ocho combinaciones posibles de dirección de entrada-salida del
fluido.
The meters are very easy to install. Then it is specified the suitable process
to make the installation more comfortable, using the 8 possible
combinations to the pipe and hose assembly.
4.1. Analizar la dirección idónea del flujo. Si ésta no se corresponde con la
estándar del medidor, seguir el procedimiento del apartado 5.1.“PARA
GIRAR LA ENTRADA-SALIDA DEL FLUIDO”.
4.1. Check the more correct fluid direction. If this does not correspond to
the meter standard, follow the instructions explained in the paragraph 5.1.
"TO TURN THE FLUID INLET-OUTLET".
4.2. Una vez situada la entrada-salida del fluido en la dirección correcta,
rosque las mangueras en los orificios de entrada-salida del medidor.
4.2. Once the inlet-outlet fluid direction is correct, thread the hoses in the
meter inlet-outlet holes.
ATENCIÓN: Selle las conexiones roscadas con Teflón. Verifique que por
estas no entra aire, en caso contrario, la aspiración de la bomba se puede
ver alterada.
ATTENTION: Seal the threaded connections with Teflon. Verify that the air
does not enter; otherwise, the pump suction can be modified.
NOTA: Para poner a cero la numeración parcial, gire el mando puesta a
cero (16) en sentido horario.
NOTE: Reset the partial numeration, and turn clockwise the reset button
(16).
5. DESMONTAJE-MONTAJE 5. DISASSEMBLE- ASSEMBLE
No aconsejamos desmontar el medidor. Pero, si se hace, tener en cuenta
que el medidor consta de una cámara de medición con orificios
distribuidores de líquidos y una numeración. Ver el apartado de despiece.
Hemos despiezado el medidor para que se puedan identificar
adecuadamente cada una de sus piezas. Hacer uso del código
correspondiente del recambio que se desea solicitar. Tener en cuenta que
se puede desarmar el medidor sin necesidad de desmontar las tuberías.
It is not advisable to disassemble the meter, but, if you are going to do this,
take into account that the meter has a measuring chamber with liquid
distributor holes and a partial and total numeration. Please see the part
section. The meter is divided into parts to identify adequately each one of
them. Use the code corresponding to the spare part you want to ask for.
Please take into account the meter can be taken to pieces without
disassembling the pipes.
5.1. PARA GIRAR LA ENTRAD
A
-SALIDA DEL FLUIDO:
5.1. TO TURN THE FLUID INLET-OUTLET:
5.1.2. Desenrosque los 6 tornillos (42) de la carcasa del medidor (8a).
Cuando realice esta operación, actúe con precaución ya que en su interior
se encuentra la cámara de medición (10).
5.1.1. Unscrew the 6 screws (42) of the meter housing (8a). When you
made this operation, please be careful because there is the measuring
chamber (10) in its inner.
5.1.2. Gire la carcasa del medidor (8a) de manera que los orificios de
entrada y salida del fluido queden orientados según las necesidades de su
instalación.
5.1.2. Turn the meter housing (8a) in the way that the fluid inlet and outlet
holes are faced according to the requirements of your installation.
5.1.3. NOTA: La tapa sólo puede girar ángulos de 45º. 5.1.3. NOTE: The cover only can turn in angle of 45º.
5.1.4. Verifique que la junta tórica (13a) esté situada correctamente y que la
cámara de medición (10) no se haya movido con la operación del
desmontaje y giro de la carcasa (en caso contrario, volver a montarla tal
como se indica en el despiece).
5.1.4. Check that the joint (13a) is correctly placed, and the measuring
chamber (10) has not moved during the disassemble operation and housing
turn (if it has moved, reassemble following the explosion view section).
5.1.5. Volver a roscar los 6 tornillos (42). Comprobar que el conjunto queda
fuertemente apretado.
5.1.5. Tighten again the 6 screws (42). Check that the set is strongly
tightened.
5.2. PARA SACAR LA NUMERACIÓN:
5.2. TO REMOVE THE NUMERATION:
5.2.1. Retirar la rueda lateral mando de puesta a cero (16).
5.2.1. Take out the lateral reset drive (16).
