1. There is no connection between the
DM System and the mobile end device.
1. Connect your mobile end device as described. (Page 45)
2. The mobile end device is paired but
no playback takes place.
2.1. The mobile end device must be connected again.
2.2. Set the volume on the mobile end device to maximum.
2.3. Increase the volume of the DM System.
2.4. Ensure that interference sources like a WLAN router
or laptop are not set up in direct proximity of the DM
System.
2.5. Concurrent operation of WLAN and Bluetooth
®
connection from a mobile end device is not possible
without interferences in most cases. (Disable WLAN
at your mobile device.)
3. You are out of range. (max. 10 m) 3. Reduce the distance between the Soundbar and your
mobile end device.
The device does not
switch on automati-
cally from the optical
or coaxial input.
1. The preset (factory setting) for the AUT
function is OFF (disabled).

mote control and in future wait for it to switch itself into

The DM system swit-
ches to the BT input
inadvertently.
This can happen when your mobile device pro-
duces system tones e.g. typing on the keyboard.
1. Deactivate the SEL function (MAN).
2. Deactivate the system tones on your mobile end device.
The BT input cannot
be selected using the
“Input” keys.
The SEL function is activated (AUT). In this case the switching process happens automatically as
soon as the DM system detects an audio signal from the
mobile end device.
CEC control does not
function fully or at all.
1. The factory setting for CEC is OFF
(deactivated).
1. Activate the CEC function (ON). (Page 51)
2. The source device or TV do not support CEC
or use a different protocol.
2. Only use devices that support the CEC protocol in an un-
modified version. Otherwise it is not possible to guarantee
full function.
