Test Run and Final Check

Trial operation and testing.

1-1Measurethe supply voltage andmakesurethat it falls in the specified range.

1-2Trialoperationshould be carried out in eithercoolingorheating mode.

■■ For heat pump

• In cooling mode, select the lowest programmabletemperature; in heatingmode, select the highest programmable temper-

ature.

1) Trial operation may be disabled in either mode depending on the room temperature.

2) After trialoperation is complete, setthe temperature to anormal level(26°Cto28°Cincooling mode,20°Cto24°Cin

heatingmode).

3) For protection, the system disables restart operationfor 3minutes afteritisturnedoff.

■■ Forcooling only

• Select thelowest programmable temperature.

1) Trial operation in coolingmodemay be disabled depending on the room temperature.

2) After trialoperation is complete, setthe temperature to anormal level(26°Cto28°C).

3) Forprotection, theunitdisablesrestart operation for 3minutes afteritisturnedoff.

1-3Carry outthe test operationinaccordance with theoperation manual to ensurethat all functions andparts,

such as louvermovement, areworkingproperly.

• Theair conditioner requiresasmall amount of power in its standby mode. If the system is not to be used forsome

time after installation, shutoff thecircuit breaker to eliminate unnecessarypower consumption.

• If the circuitbreaker trips to shut offthe powertothe air conditioner,the system will restore the original operation

mode when the circuitbreaker is openedagain.
