Every single detail of the new motor Mazzoni is designed to get better
performances and satisfy an increasing choosy market. Our design allows
us, unlike all the other producers, to allow two years warranty for our engines if
properly installed with thermal windings connected in the electrical circuit.
EXPRESS SERVICE

BEARING
Ball-bearing with single crown.
Bearings are closed and pre-oiled with lithium
grease, with a usage temperature between -25°
and 150 degrees.
ELASTIC
COUPLING
Elastic couplings are used as connection ele-
ments between electrical engine with unied
ange and oil-dynamic pump for the transmis-
sion impulse.
Our elastic couplings are useful for the sa feguard
of the motor pump, in fact they elimi nate phe-
nomenon of electro-discharge which is caused by
galvanic currents that erode shafts and bearings.
THERMAL PROTECTION IN
THE WINDINGS
Electrical protections that are on the
alimentation lines of the engine couldn’t be
enough to ensure the over-loaded protection.
In fact, if ventilation conditions get worse, the
engine overheats but the electrical conditions
don’t change and this prevents line protections.
We could solve this problem installing protec-
tions on the windings.
CUSCINETTO
Tipo a sfere a singola corona.
I cuscinetti sono chiusi e pre lu bricati con
grasso a base di litio, con una temperatura di
utilizzo com presa fra –25° e +150°C.
GIUNTO
ELASTICO
I giunti di accoppiamento sono utilizzati quali
elementi di collegamento tra motore elettrico a
angia unicata e pompa oleodinamica per la
trasmissione del moto.
I nostri giunti elastici sono utili per la
salvaguardia della motopompa in quanto
eliminano il fenomeno dell’elettroerosione
causato da correnti galvaniche che corrodono
alberi e cuscinetti.
TERMICHE
NEGLI AVVOLGIMENTI
Le protezioni elettriche presenti sulla linea
di alimentazione del motore possono essere
insucienti ad assicurare la protezione dei
sovraccarichi. Infatti, se peggiorano le condizioni
di ventilazione, il motore si surriscalda ma
le condizioni elettriche non si modicano e
ciò inibisce le protezioni sulla linea. Si ovvia a
questo inconveniente installando protezioni
sugli avvolgimenti
