BEFORE FIRST USE

After transporting or storing the device at a reduced temperature, it must be kept at room

temperature for at least three hours.

– Remove the device from its packaging and remove any stickers that interfere with its operation.

– Check the integrity of the device, do not use it if there is damage.

– Make sure that the operating voltage of the device matches the mains voltage.

– Wash the attachments (5, 6), scraper (8), spatula (13) and mixer bowl (7) with warm water and

neutral detergent, rinse and dry.

– Wipe the mixer body (4) and the holding stand (12) with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.

Note: to remove the bowl (7) from the holding stand (12), turn it slightly counterclockwise and pull

it up.

NOZZLES

Whisk heads for whipping/mixing (5)

Use the whisk attachment (5) for whipping cream, egg white, making sponge dough, puddings,

cocktails, cream, mayonnaise, puree, sauces.

Attachments for kneading dough (6)

Use for mixing "heavy" dough, mixing minced meat.

Attention! To avoid damage to the mixer when mixing "heavy dough", as soon as the dough

becomes too tight, it must be weighed manually.

Note: do not use the dough kneader (6) together with the whisk attachment (5).

BUTTON DESCRIPTIONS

– The "EJECT" button (1) is used to detach the attachments (5) or (6).

– Use the mode switch (2) to select the desired speed of rotation of the attachments "1, 2, 3, 4, 5".

– The "TURBO" button (3) is used to turn on the mixer at maximum speed.

– The release button for the folding bracket (10) allows you to unlock the movable bracket (9) to

change its position.

– The mixer lock button (11) allows you to detach the mixer (4) from the movable bracket (9) of the

holding stand (12).

OPERATION OF THE DEVICE

You can use the mixer (4) as a separate device without placing it on a holding stand (12). For quick

and quality cooking for small portions of food (while beating or stirring) it is better to use a

stationary mixer in manual mode, i.e. to "detach" himself from holding the mixer stand (12).

 Ensure that the mains plug is not plugged into an electrical outlet and the switch (2) is set to "0".
