Reverse

1. If the screw is jammed, turn off the device by setting the «ON/O/R» switch to the «O» off

position. Next, set the «ON/R» switch (located on the back of the grinder body) to the «R»

REVERSE position to enable REVERSE mode, and the «ON/O/R» switch to the «R» REVERSE

position.

2. The auger will rotate in the opposite direction.

3. If even in this case, the meat grinder does not work, turn it off, disassemble the console, clean

the knife and grill.

MEAT PROCESSING

1. Cut the meat into chunks of such size that they easily pass into the loading

neck. It is not recommended to process meat with tendons, and fish with large

bones.

2. Connect the meat grinder to the power supply and press the «ON» button.

3. Fold the meat into the tray and serve with a push rod.

4. At the end of operation, turn off the appliance and disconnect the plug from

the mains.

Cooking KEBBE (minced lamb and onion pies)

RECIPE

Minced MEAT

Lamb: 100 g

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Onion (finely chopped): 1 tablespoon

Spices to taste

Salt to taste

Flour: 1 tablespoon

If desired, grind the lamb twice

Fry the onion until Golden and add to the minced meat along with spices, salt and flour

To prepare the sausage, perform the Assembly as shown in the figure below

DISASSEMBLY

Make sure that the engine has stopped completely.

Unplug the power cord.

Disassemble the meat grinder by following steps 1-6 in reverse order.

Pry the grate using a screwdriver to remove it. (Fig. 12).

Press the head lock screw, then turn the attachment counterclockwise (Fig. 13) and pull it.
