10. Wake alarm mode

• Youcanswitchthehourly signal on and off in wake alarm mode using the reset button. If the

hourly signal is activated, the bell symbol appears in the display and a signal sounds every full

hour.

• Youcanswitchthewake alarm on and off in wake alarm mode using the start/stop button. If

the wake alarm is activated, a symbol appears and the alarm sounds at the given time for 30

seconds. Press any button (except the light button) to stop the alarm.

Reset button. Hold the button depressed to enter fast mode.

same way.

Once all data has been set, press the MODE button for 3 seconds to exit setting mode. If

no button is pressed in setting mode within 60 seconds, the heart rate monitor automati-

cally reverts to time display.
