- Выберите область применения и один из видов массажа либо одну из программ контроль веса или подтяжка вы можете устанавливать различные режимы массажа отдельно для канала 1 и канала 2 5 установите требуемое время массажа от 5 до 25 минут последовательным нажатимем на кнопки или кнопка увеличивает время массажа на 1 мин кнопка умень шает установленное время массажа на 1 мин время массажа отображается в верхней части жк дисплея и по умолчанию составляет 20 минут миостимулятор автоматически отключится по истечении установленного времени вы также можете завершить массаж в любой момент нажав на кнопку вкл выкл 6 установите желаемый уровень интенсивности от 1 до 20 для соответствующего канала уровени интенсивности канала 1 и канала 2 отображаются на дисплее с двух сторон в виде шкал 7 для паузы однократно нажмите кнопку вкл выкл действие электродов при этом приостановится для продолжения массажа однократно нажмите кнопку вкл выкл электроды снова начнут работать 8 после завершения массажа выкл 11
