Install electrodes to problem areas (see Fig.22-24), select massage area and

"ACUPUNCTURE" or "VIBRO MASSAGE" modes for 10-15 minutes.

Set a comfortable massage intensity for you. If necessary, massage is allowed to last longer.

Massage 2-3 times a week.

After using this program, it is recommended to do basic gymnastics exercises for better effect!

Note: to achieve the best results, these programs must be used in combination with physical

activity and a balanced diet.
