and the 2 corresponding nuts on the tensioner. Tighten the 4 screws of the bracket of the

air end. Check the belt tension within four hours of the compressor’s operation in accor-

dance with section 5.3.

Changing air-oil separator

The separating component (1) is

located within the separator tank.

Open the front panel in order to

change it. Unscrew the bolts (2) and

carefully remove the top cap of the

tank. Disconnect hoses if they make

it difcult to remove the cap. Remove

the spent separator and install a

new one in its place. Refasten the

tank cap

Cleaning radiator

In order to access the radiator (1),

open the front or right panel.

Regularly clean the radiator in order

to maintain its cooling efciency at an

acceptable level.

Remove any dirt particles from the ra-

diator using a bre brush, then aim a

jet of compressed air at the radiator

from the bottom to the top; the jet

should be held at an approximate

90° angle to

the plane of the radia-

tor.
