• cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into
approximately equal slices;
• when chopping greens, remove stems of
herbs.
Chopping
Warning:
- Before assembling make sure that the power
plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
Caution: the knife is very sharp! Always hold
the knife by the plastic end.
• Set the knife (11) on the axis of the chopper
bowl (10).
• Put the food into the chopper bowl (10).
• Install the geared lid (12) on the bowl (10).
• Insert the motor unit (3) into the geared lid (12)
until it is fixed.
• Set the required operation speed from 1 to 17
using the control knob (6).
• To switch the blender on press and hold the
button (5).
• When the button (4) is pressed, the unit oper-
ates at maximal rotation speed.
• During operation hold the motor unit (3) with
one hand and the chopper bowl (10) with the
other hand.
• After using the chopper disconnect the motor
unit (3) from the geared lid (12) pressing the
buttons (2).
• Remove the geared lid (12).
• Carefully remove the knife (11) taking it by the
upper plastic end.
• Take the chopped products out of the chop-
per bowl (10).
Attention!
Follow the described sequence of operations
strictly.
Cleaning
Attention!
The blades of the chopping knife (11) are very
sharp and dangerous. Handle the knife (11) very
carefully!
• Unplug the unit before cleaning.
• Detach the attachments.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor
unit (3) and the gears (8, 12), then wipe them
dr y.
• After processing of salty and sour products the
knife (11) and blender attachment (1) must be
rinsed with water immediately.
• While processing products with strong dyeing
properties (for instance carrot or beet-root)
the bowls or attachments can get colored,
wipe the attachments or bowls with a cloth,
dampened in vegetable oil.
• Wash the attachments (1, 9), the chopper bowl
(10) and the measuring cup (13) in warm soapy
water, rinse and dry them.
Do not immerse the motor unit (3) and the
gears (8, 12) into any liquids, do not wash
them under water jet or in a dishwashing
machine.
Storage
• Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before tak-
ing it away for storage.
• Do not wind the power cord around the motor
unit.
• Keep the blender set away from children in a
dry cool place.
